Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our client\’s on-site technical team. This IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing first and second-line support to users across the business, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and systems. Daily duties will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, configuring and maintaining hardware/software, managing Active Directory accounts, and delivering responsive service through the Service Desk platform.

The IT Support Technician will work closely with users via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, supporting a wide range of devices and applications, including Windows OS, Office 365, Microsoft SCCM, and basic network troubleshooting. You’ll report on all activities in regular IT meetings and occasionally work with senior IT personnel on infrastructure and systems tasks.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Technician
  • Proficient in Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, and SCCM
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Desirable experience: VMware, VEEAM, Cisco, Exchange
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
