Team Structure and Working Approach
- Family Help comprises multidisciplinary teams, including Social Workers, Family Support Workers, Specialist Practitioners, Assistant Managers, and Team Managers.
- Cases are managed collectively by prevention and protection teams, focusing on early targeted interventions.
- This approach has led to reduced intervention times and paperwork, benefiting both practitioners and families.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Social Workers registered with Social Work England
- Experience in Child Protection, Assessments, and Court Work
- Excellent team player with a shared vision for positive outcomes
