Within our Adult Social Care, our Adults Provider Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Support Coordinator to join our team at the Southwark Resource Centre and help make a difference today.

About the Role:

As a Support Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role in delivering and coordinating Southwark Gateway, a person-centred programme for young adults (aged 19–25) with learning disabilities, autism, sensory needs, and physical disabilities.

You will:

  • Support the Centre Manager in developing, planning and delivering a personalised and exciting Educational programme in accordance with individual Enhanced Health Care Plans - promoting skills, confidence, and wellbeing.
  • Supervise, lead and develop a team of support staff, embedding Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches and safeguarding best practices.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure it is safe, high-quality and meets both individual and programme-level outcomes.
  • Manage performance and contribute to continuous service improvement.
