About The Role
We are seeking a professional, approachable, and organised individual to join a busy secondary school as a Temporary Receptionist. This is a key role within the school, providing the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors.
As a Receptionist, you will manage telephone and face-to-face enquiries, maintain accurate pupil records, and ensure all sign-in and sign-out procedures are followed. You will also support day-to-day administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and distributing post. A tidy, welcoming reception area and a high level of confidentiality are essential to the role.
