Project Lead (Derby)

Role: Finance Project Lead – Transformation Programme
Location: Derby (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £80,000
Contract: 2-Year Fixed Term
Key Projects You\’d Lead:
✔️ Finance System Replacement – Overhauling the core finance system for better efficiency and reporting.
✔️ Billing Transformation – Implementing a new system to streamline payments and customer interaction.
✔️ Repairs Accounting Integration – Enhancing financial oversight of repairs & maintenance.
This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the Finance Director with a dotted line into the Director of Transformation, ideal for someone with finance transformation, system migration, and stakeholder management experience.

What They\’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Accountant (ACCA or equivalent) with finance transformation expertise.
✅ Proven track record in finance system replacements, billing transformation, or payment modernisation.
✅ Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive change in finance & IT teams.
