Accurately update systems, databases, and records as required. Provide support to the delivery unit in the management and quality of data.

- Provide support and assistance to Section Planners and Section Administrators as required.
- Undertake checks on data quality in the delivery unit as required.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and information on data quality.

- Knowledge of relevant Company IT systems

Please be aware that this role will require you on occasion to travel to Stations & NR Depots between Victoria and Three Bridges to attend meetings and assist colleagues with systems or data-related issues/enquiries, within working hours. Hybrid/flexible working will be considered after the training period has been completed; approx. 6 months, depending upon learning.

Drugs and Alcohol Standard
All successful candidates will be required to undergo and pass a drugs and alcohol test. Your application will be rescinded if you record a positive test. All positive drugs and alcohol test results for prospective candidates will be securely held on the Sentinel database, and a 5-year suspension from applying for a safety-critical role, a role which requires PTS certification, or a Key Safety role on Network Rail Managed Infrastructure will be enforced.
