Acting as a brand ambassador for our Tesco partners, building strong relationships with Tesco management and inspiring your team to deliver The Entertainer experience. Developing your team to provide exceptional customer service supported by excellent product knowledge. Implementing and executing promotional changes and maintaining high merchandising standards on the shop floor. Coaching your team to achieve fantastic sales results. Building external relationships to promote your store and drive sales growth.
