As the DevOps Manager your primary responsibility will be to manage DevOps operations, cloud infrastructure, and ensure efficient deployment workflows. Your mission is to establish a robust DevOps culture, ensure high availability, optimise infrastructure for cost-effectiveness, and implement best practices to enable rapid product delivery and smooth user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management Cloud Infrastructure Management (GCP) CI/CD Pipeline Development and Automation Security and Compliance Operational Excellence and Monitoring Cross-functional CollaborationRequired experience Experience in managing a DevOps team Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services and infrastructure-as-code (IAC) tools such as Terraform Proven experience with CI/CD tools and configuration management Strong understanding of cloud security best practices Proficiency in monitoring and alerting tools Strong track record of managing and mentoring DevOps teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsThe company have a remote first working practice so this position is available on a remote working basis.
