ABOUT THE JOB

Join Our Growing Team and Make an Impact. As our SDR Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of Sales Development Representatives focused on driving top-of-funnel activity. Your role will be to coach, mentor, and support SDRs in generating high-quality leads and booking meetings with qualified prospects. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure outbound efforts are aligned with our go-to-market strategy and deliver strong results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of SDRs, driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Be available for regular management meetings in person.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets; track metrics such as outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews to ensure consistent development and motivation.
  • Train SDRs on effective outbound techniques, SaaS-specific value propositions, and objection handling.
  • Provide real-time coaching on calls, emails, and outreach sequences to improve quality and consistency.
  • Onboard new team members, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed quickly.
  • Analyse data to improve outreach effectiveness and streamline lead qualification.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a key voice in aligning outbound efforts with the broader sales strategy.
  • Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning efforts.
  • Contribute to SDR activities when not involved in management procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a high-performing SDR in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Ideally 1–2 years of leadership experience (officially or unofficially) within a sales development team.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and top-of-funnel strategies.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong).
  • Ideally an ability to be in our Head office, on average, 1 or more days per week for various management meetings.
  • Flexibility to attend events as required around the UK.
