Accounting Assistant

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you\’ll be responsible for managing the entire invoice lifecycle—from receipt through payment—and collaborating with various teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full invoice process, including receipt, verification, approval, and payment
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records
• Coordinate with accounting, tax, legal, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy
• Respond to inquiries about invoice status and payment policies
• Work with offshore processing teams and external providers for efficiency and audit support
• Assist with reconciliation and financial accuracy checks
• Participate in projects to improve processes and support finance initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a GPA of 3.3 or higher
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail in high-volume environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Workday is a plus
