About the Role: Shape the Future of Fashion Education at the FRA! FRA offers unique, accelerated 2-year degree programs that combine intensive fashion business education with hands-on industry placements and mentoring. As we expand, we are looking for a Lecturer in Fashion Business and Sustainability to inspire and guide our students. In this role, you will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching that prepares students for thriving careers in the industry.

About You:

  • Qualifications: BA/BSc (Hons) in Fashion Business, Sustainability, or related field.
  • Experience: Industry experience in fashion business, sustainability, and experience in teaching or training, preferably in higher education.
  • Expertise: This role is suited to a subject specialist who is passionate about delivering a highly industry-relevant and student-centred curriculum. You will have in-depth knowledge of fashion business, sustainability, and the Fashion Retail landscape.
  • Passion: You will be industry-driven, student-focused, and ready to bring your energy and innovation to our curriculum!

Salary: From £30,960 to £32,800 per annum (pro-rata £38,700 to £41,000), subject to qualifications and experience.
