This is one of the most exciting early-stage ConTech opportunities in the UK right now. Backed by one of Australia’s top VC funds, this business has become the market leader in their home region, digitising a part of construction that’s long been stuck in spreadsheets, Word docs and email chains. Think procurement, subcontractor onboarding, and contract execution—all managed in one slick platform. They’re now replicating that traction in the UK and need a hungry, high-potential SDR to help them dominate the market.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Booking meetings with senior decision-makers at enterprise construction firms
  • Prospecting across LinkedIn, email and phone
  • Using tools like Hubspot, Sales Nav, Lusha, Gong and Zoom daily
  • Collaborating closely with the founders and senior sales team
  • Working towards promotion into an AE role within 12 months

What they’re looking for:

  • Someone who’s hungry, relentless, and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results
  • Previous B2B sales experience is a bonus but not essential
  • Construction knowledge is also a bonus

Why join?

  • Fully remote – work from anywhere in the UK
  • Generous equipment allowance
  • Birthday and Christmas leave days on top of your annual leave
  • Transparent, fast-paced culture with high standards and zero ego
  • Clear path to AE role – already in place and proven
  • High-growth startup environment with serious backing
  • Your work will have visible impact from day one
  • Voted in Linkedin Top Startups

Compensation:

  • £25k–40k base (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped commission (OTE up to £50k - £60k+)

You’ll be joining a tight-knit team who genuinely care about what they’re building. If you want to be part of something big, this is your shot. Interested? Drop us a message and let’s chat.
