Our client, a well-established legal practice in Stirling is looking to recruit a Solicitor to join its Private Client department. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Estate Administration to take on a varied and rewarding role, supporting senior solicitors, and managing their own caseload.
The ideal candidate will be newly qualified up to three years’ PQE, with prior experience in a private client team and confidence in handling estate administration, client care, and legal drafting. The ability to supervise junior team members and stay informed on legal and tax developments is desirable.
The role can be offered on a full or part-time basis and is primarily office-based, although hybrid working may be considered for the right individual. The successful candidate will enjoy a supportive and positive working environment, a strong team culture, and a competitive salary.
