Exciting opportunity to join this award-winning Scottish law firm. A newly created full-time position for an experienced Legal Director or Partner to join its corporate team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.

The firm is seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE who can demonstrate a strong foundation in corporate law. You will take a leading role across various aspects of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions and will provide advice to private equity investors on seed and venture capital investments. You will also use your corporate expertise to foster business growth in employment, regulatory, and litigation areas.

You will be committed to furthering team objectives and contributing to the firm’s growth. The firm is dedicated to supporting this senior role with the hiring of additional lawyers to the corporate team.
