About the Role
We are recruiting for a Trainee Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Blandford. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. The position is initially temporary with the opportunity to go permanent.
Shift Pattern
- Monday: 7:00am – 5:30pm
- Tuesday to Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Enjoy a 3-day weekend – no work on Fridays or weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment as part of the production process
- Follow manufacturing specifications to ensure product accuracy
- Conduct routine quality checks and report any issues
- Assist with basic assembly tasks when required
