They are currently seeking a Junior Litigator to join their team. Position: Junior Litigator Experience Required: Newly Qualified to 3 Years Post Qualification Location: Stockport Area (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Handle a variety of general civil and commercial litigation and contentious probate cases. Assist the senior partner with case management and preparation. Conduct legal research, draft documents, and attend court hearings. Liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties involved in litigation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and practices. Requirements: Newly Qualified to 3 years post-qualification experience in litigation. Strong understanding ofthe litigation process Excellent research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
