Job Description:

My client is a well established law firm with offices across the Northwest. They are currently seeking a Junior Litigator to join their team.
Position: Junior Litigator
Experience Required: Newly Qualified to 3 Years Post Qualification

Location: Stockport Area (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of general civil and commercial litigation and contentious probate cases.
  • Assist the senior partner with case management and preparation.
  • Conduct legal research, draft documents, and attend court hearings.
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties involved in litigation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and practices.

Requirements:

  • Newly Qualified to 3 years post-qualification experience in litigation.
  • Strong understanding ofthe litigation process
  • Excellent research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work under supervision and take initiative.
  • All legal qualifications will be considered.
