The Consult Partner plays a critical leadership role in guiding multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements. The position involves creating and positioning strategic change agendas across major client accounts, working closely with C-suite stakeholders to drive business and IT transformations that deliver enterprise-wide impact.
This role combines leadership, relationship-building, business development, and delivery oversight. It also requires a strong presence, industry knowledge, and the ability to foster talent development and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development and Growth
- Drive profitable growth through annual revenue targets of approximately £12-£15M in consulting sales.
- Manage pipeline development, opportunity conversion, and long-term backlog growth.
- Lead scoping and fee negotiations, ensuring engagement profitability and risk mitigation.
- Oversee managed revenue while delivering consistent financial performance.
- Client Engagement
- Build strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives.
- Act as the senior point of contact for strategic consulting engagements.
- Deliver high-quality consulting outputs that align with client expectations and strategic goals.
- Improve client satisfaction through relationship development and Net Promoter Score (NPS) enhancements.
- Secure client references and support ongoing relationship expansion.
- Operational Excellence
- Meet utilization targets for both self and team.
