Corporate Tax Lawyer – 1-2 years PQE

The Brief

We are currently looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Lawyer between 1-2 years of experience in our Corporate Tax team at our Birmingham office.

You would be working closely with Jamie Robson, Corporate Tax Partner based in Birmingham and joining a team that will give you the opportunity to work on significant tax mandates across the country and cross border.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate tax matters from both a transactional and advisory point of view, including advice across the spectrum of corporation tax, property tax, employment tax, funds and financing tax and cross-border tax matters.

Our corporate tax team is spread across our UK and international offices. Whilst located in Birmingham you would be part of a wider team which work cross office and you can expect to interact with other members of the team at all levels of experience on a daily basis.

About the Team

We have a market leading tax practice offering City quality work inside and outside of London. We regularly work for listed companies, foreign owned companies, public sector bodies, institutional investors and banks.

This is a core area of our practice providing tax advice on corporate, property and commercial structures and transactions for both our own clients and those of the firm\’s corporate, property and projects groups. The work includes restructuring and demergers, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, funding transactions and private equity/fund investments.

You would be joining a team that will give you the opportunity to work on significant transactions across the country and internationally.
