Job Description:

This highly regarded Commercial Dispute Resolution Team is currently recruiting an Associate to join its Edinburgh or Glasgow office. This is a large team that advises on a wide range of high-profile cases across the country. You will have a varied caseload and advise on contentious commercial disputes, including contract litigation, banking and financial services litigation, professional negligence, property litigation, contentious private client matters, construction and engineering disputes, and intellectual property (IP) matters.

The team is keen to hear from candidates with 4 or more years’ PQE who have previous commercial dispute resolution experience. More junior candidates with a strong interest in developing their career in this area will also be considered.
