Paralegal- Intellectual Property

We are seeking expressions of interest from Paralegals with experience in Intellectual Property, including both commercial and litigation matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional legal environment where you can further develop your paralegal skills.

We are looking to connect with candidates who meet the following requirements:

1. Experience managing the full lifecycle of multiple cases
2. Previous experience with trademarks and patents
3. Strong knowledge of case management and court preparation
4. Document Management: Organise, review, and prepare documents, including e-discovery, ensuring they meet legal requirements and are ready for production
5. Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to assist case analysis, including gathering case law, statutes, and regulations

About you:

1. Experience as a Paralegal in both commercial and litigation matters
2. Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday
3. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
4. Good interpersonal skills to liaise with clients
5. A team player willing to assist others when necessary
6. Accuracy and attention to detail

The role offers a competitive salary range of £33,000 to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, within the London area.
