The Role

Based in central Birmingham, you’ll join a high-performing and collaborative marketing team in a business that’s scaling fast. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone ready to make their mark.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and optimising websites (WordPress) for speed, UX, and SEO
  • Supporting SEO, social, and content planning alongside the Content Manager
  • Running point on their CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and shaping lead generation strategies
  • Advising media agencies on Meta and Google Ads performance
  • Creating impactful landing pages, funnels, and digital assets
  • Analysing and reporting on campaign performance, traffic, and lead quality

You’ll be given autonomy to own your work, pitch new ideas, and contribute to strategic decisions — no micromanagement here.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ve got around 18+ months’ experience in digital marketing, and now you’re looking for somewhere to grow. You understand how creativity and commercial thinking go hand in hand, and you’re confident working across:

  • WordPress, GA4, and Tag Manager
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar CRM)
  • Paid and organic digital strategy
  • Funnels, customer journeys, and performance marketing

You’re proactive, collaborative, and not afraid to ask smart questions. This team thrives on energy, curiosity, and impact — and they’ll back you to succeed.
