The client will only consider candidates with a proven background in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management in the building envelope industry who have worked for a rival contractor. You will be responsible for delivering projects valued between £10m and £70m, working for blue-chip building contractors such as Skanska, Lendlease, and Mace. Depending on the project size, you may have an Assistant QS for support, but you will receive full support from your Senior Commercial Team.
