We\’re offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality & Compliance Apprentice. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification in a supportive and dynamic environment.
About The Role
As a Quality & Compliance Apprentice, you\’ll play a key role in supporting the development and maintenance of effective systems that ensure our services meet legal, contractual, and internal standards. You\’ll assist in monitoring performance, conducting audits, and supporting continuous improvement across the business.
This is a home-based role with hybrid working and may require occasional travel and overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on the performance of the quality management system (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits and client reviews.
- Assist in managing complaints, root cause analysis, and implementing improvements.
- Maintain documentation and support the onboarding of subcontractors.
- Help complete client approval questionnaires and supplier compliance checks.
- Communicate updates and raise awareness of SHEQ systems across the business.
- Engage with tutors, managers, and stakeholders to successfully complete your apprenticeship.
What We\’re Looking For
- A proactive and organised individual with a keen interest in quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
- Knowledge of internal auditing is beneficial but not essential.
- A-level or college-level education preferred.
