Safety Manager – Security Cleared Bristol – Hybrid Working Up to £550pd inside IR24 About the Role: ITS-SED is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to provide strategic advice and act as the ‘controlling mind’ for Senior Safety accountable and responsible personnel. This critical role involves advising on the delivery of safety programmes and artefacts, ensuring compliance with legislation, defence regulations, and established policies. Key Responsibilities: Programme Delivery: Ensure alignment with the overarching programme and safety management plan, evolving the safety programme to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities. Artefact Development: Collaborate with delivery teams to produce high-quality safety and environmental artefacts within specified timelines. Regulatory Guidance: Advise Delivery Teams (DTs) on compliance with policies, legislation, and defence regulations, ensuring assets are demonstrably safe. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the DT in safety engagements, including regulatory interfaces, and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
