Procurement Heads is pleased to be working with a Central Government Department to recruit an Interim Senior Commercial Lead.
Overview: As the Senior Commercial Lead, this role will support strategic decisions with evidence-based advice. Guide on political, commercial, financial, legal, and market factors to identify solutions and mitigate risks. This role will lead stakeholder/supplier engagement, develop compliant sourcing strategies and represent commercial interests at meetings, support end-to-end procurement and draft key commercial documents with team support.
Key Skills:
- Commercial construction experience
- Demonstrable understanding of Public Procurement Regulations (PCR15/PA23)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (NEC3/4)
- APM/Project Management equivalent preferred
- Experience using E-Sourcing Portal
