We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Foot Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join our team, covering 8 commercial sites around Manchester Piccadilly. The role involves working across a mix of offices, bars, and restaurants – all within close walking distance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance
• Working on systems including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and general electrical services
• Assisting with basic plumbing tasks and general building maintenance as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified electrician with experience in commercial environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• Willingness to carry out basic non-electrical maintenance tasks
