This leading national wealth management group provides impartial, specialist advice on pensions, retirement planning, inheritance tax, investments, and group risk and business protection. They often collaborate with professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on financial products and services (Pensions, Investments & Savings, Protection).
• Assess clients\’ financial situations, understand their needs, and develop comprehensive financial plans.
• Make tailored recommendations to clients to meet their goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry developments and market research.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Motivated, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Experience as a Financial Adviser or relevant experience with group clients.
• Attention to detail and ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Knowledge of compliance, TCF, Data Protection Act, and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Enthusiastic and client-focused.
• Ability to manage workload and adapt to change.
• Full driving license and own vehicle essential.

Essential Knowledge

• Knowledge of FCA rules related to the financial advice process.
