The Role The UK Operations Director – Logistics will play a critical role in leading all activity across UK operations across in-house warehousing & transport operations. Based in Leicestershire, this position is a truly exciting opportunity for an experienced logistics professional to be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding and industry-leading organisation which will include directing an already impressive UK distribution network, new site expansion. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction for all UK business operational activities, including warehousing, 50+ vehicles, ongoing delivery of the operational growth strategy, continuous improvement initiatives and projects. Reporting Structure: Report to the European Managing Director.
