RESPONSIBILITIES Driving global initiatives to streamline processes and support business development Facilitating the internal Credit Investment Committee process and deal allocation Coordinating communication between external clients and deal teams regarding investment offerings Producing and distributing marketing materials and business-critical presentations Managing recurring reports for senior leadership and internal stakeholders Participating in campus/lateral recruiting and managing resource allocation to align with business strategy BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 2-4 years of relevant work experience Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Highly organized with attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-directed, analytical, and able to form independent judgments Effective at building relationships with senior management and global stakeholders Discreet with confidential information High integrity and sound judgment #J-18808-Ljbffr
