The role involves working closely with regional offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Singapore, and Tokyo. Responsibilities Collaborate with regional offices to advise clients on placement design, coverage, capacity, pricing, and market progress. Negotiate terms with reinsurers. Support the Account Executive team in placing and servicing Facultative Reinsurance. Process placements and coordinate with offshore teams for invoicing. Prepare and review contractual documents. Address queries from clients and reinsurers. Gather data for market submissions and presentations. Ensure compliance with Aon UK policies and risk management frameworks.
