Tax Manager - Global Banking Group

My client is a well known banking group and are looking to add to their corporate tax team. The role reports into the Head of Tax.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on tax accounting implications
• Agreeing returns with HMRC and organising tax payments.
• Providing key input for monthly reporting process
• Managing corporate tax compliance and reporting
• Update of banks tax policies and business strategies
• Deal with withholding tax and treaty relief matters
• Working closely with tax advisory teams to ensure transactions are accurately reported.
• Assisting on process improvement related initiatives

To be successful in this role you will need:

• At least 5 years post qualification experience in an in house team or an accountancy firm.
• Strong Corporate tax accounting and compliance experience
• CTA qualification is advantageous
