As the Costing QA Manager, you will have Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Management: Develop and validate pricing worksheets and master price lists (MPL), ensuring alignment with customer models and accuracy.
  • Profit Monitoring: Track gross profit margins, analyze variances, and provide recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee Analysts, set objectives, manage performance, and support recruitment and training.
  • Sales & Finance Support: Assist with tenders, menu presentations, and ensure accurate billing and data management.
  • Reporting: Generate reports for senior management and ensure timely completion of all pricing tasks.

Key Qualifications:

  • Skills: Advanced Excel, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience: Knowledge of food production methods, pricing policies, and financial awareness.

Performance Indicators:

  • Accuracy & Timeliness: Ensure precise and timely pricing work.
  • Profit Management: Maintain target profit margins.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company guidelines for all pricing and menu details.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to: Head of Commercial Operations
  • Direct Reports: 4-5 Analysts/Lead Analysts
