Salary: Grade 3, SCP 5 – 6, £24,790 – £25,183 pro rata

The post is temporary, based on 38 weeks, working 16.25 hrs per week (mornings Monday – Friday). It is fixed term until 17.7.26.

The Governors of St Patrick\’s RC Primary School are looking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant on a temporary, part-time contract, starting in September 2025 or as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:

• Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
• Support individuals and groups of pupils to enable them to access their learning
• Assist the teacher in managing pupils within and beyond the classroom
• Have excellent organisation and communication skills
• Be motivated and flexible
• Work effectively as part of a team
