Fabricator Welder – BSW Timber

Join the maintenance team at BSW Timber. The role uses MMA and MIG welding processes in a 42.5‑hour week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate engineering drawings and ensure implementation according to welding specifications.
• Use various hand and power tools.
• Follow site permits to work.
• Assist maintenance teams as required.

About You

• Solid background in fabrication, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Confident working alone or with a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good understanding of computer‑based systems and software.
• High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
• Sound understanding of health and safety practices.
