We are delighted to be partnering with this leading online healthcare/wellness ecommerce business in their search for a Paid Media Manager / Performance Marketing Manager. To help with their continued growth they are searching for a Performance Marketing Manager with retail/ecommerce/D2C experience to drive acquisition, revenue and optimise ROI. The successful candidate will execute paid search strategy across Google Ads, Shopping, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms (£multi-million spend). You’ll be responsible for managing a significant annual budget and ensuring that campaigns are high-performing and fully compliant.
The role:
- Manage a significant budget across search, shopping & PMAX
- Develop and implement data-led PPC strategies to improve CPA, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
- Ensure all campaign activity adheres to policy guidelines
- Conduct regular A/B testing on product titles, images, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Manage daily budgets, bid adjustments, audience targeting, and keyword strategies.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
