Location: Moreton on Lugg, Herefordshire, United Kingdom

Type: Permanent

Pattern: Onsite, 13:45pm-22:15pm on a 5/7 day rota, working 2 out of 3 weekends

Pay: Hourly £17.49 on weekdays, £21.85 on weekends

The Role Scope

• Keeping accurate records of KPIs and monitoring individual performance with regular feedback
• Managing and developing the Team Leader group, ensuring standards are met
• Maintaining productivity flow, balancing pace and accuracy
• Encouraging new ideas and improvements from team members
• Assisting with HR activities such as absence management, disciplinary matters, recruitment, and training; deputising for the departmental manager as needed
