We\’re looking for a Regional Property Manager with a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for operational excellence to oversee five dynamic properties in our regional portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of five residential communities within your region.
• Inspire, support, and guide on-site teams to meet leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction goals.
• Create and manage operating budgets, drive financial performance, and maximize ROI.
• Conduct regular site visits to maintain top-tier standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with housing regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategy, reporting, marketing, and capital projects.
• Foster a welcoming, engaging resident experience—especially for student and young adult demographics.

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager or in a similar multi-site leadership role.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with industry-standard software like Yardi or RealPage.
• A collaborative leadership style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to sites within driving distance of Needham, MA.
• (Bonus points for experience in student housing or young adult-focused communities!)
