Adaptable Recruitment are excited to be working with a growing Liverpool based business who is seeking to recruit an experienced Billings Assistant to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis .Salary and Benefits£29000 per annum 37.5 hours a week . Hybrid working after a period of time 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays Company pension scheme Free parking on siteDuties and ResponsibilitiesRaising and issuing invoices to customers with high accuracy to minimise payment delays. Identifying and resolving discrepancies by raising and issuing credit notes to customers following the appropriate appeal process. Ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies, procedures and controls whilst executing OTC processes. Working closely with internal teams across the business and external suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Experience and skills desiredPrevious experience of manual billing . Familiarity with Credit Control processes and the collection cycle. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
