In houseTax Manager - Global Asset Management firm

Looking for a Tax Manager to join a well known, global asset management business in London. This is a newly created role to work alongside a well established team of tax professionals. This individual will be required to oversee the groups UK and International compliance obligations.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Review of corporation tax returns
• Manage tax filing requirements across locations
• Management of tax payments including withholding tax and employment taxes
• Assist in the preparation of TP documentation and reporting under CBCR, FATCA and CRS.
• Monitor international tax developments and changes in regulations

Qualifications:

• Corporation Tax compliance and reporting experience
• ACA/ CTA or equivalent
