The Team Leader’s role is to build and lead a well-trained and motivated team of door-to-door fundraisers.
Position: Door to door Fundraiser Team Leader
Location: Various residential areas in Greater London
Contract: Temporary on-going
Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 1pm - 8pm
Pay: £13-£14 per hour + up to £600 bonus per week
About Greenpeace: We defend the natural world and promote peace by investigating, exposing and confronting environmental abuse, and championing responsible solutions for our fragile environment. Campaigns we are currently working on include working to stop climate change, defend oceans by stopping destructive and illegal fishing and protect rainforests across our beautiful planet.
The role: Inspired People are recruiting for a team leader to run the Door to Door fundraising team in London to raise awareness and funds for Greenpeace through face-to-face conversations with members of the public. To inspire people to join & donate to Greenpeace through regular monthly donations via direct debit.
Every year our Door Fundraisers are offered the opportunity to work at festivals of all kinds, from Pride events and small vegan markets to big events like Glastonbury, Latitude, Womad and more!
All applicants must have:
- Either face-to-face fundraising experience or experience in Door-to-Door sales, ideally with some experience managing a small team.
- Be great with people and have good team building/ coaching skills.
- Be able to work independently and used to working towards targets.
- Have an excellent level of spoken English.
- Have good knowledge about Greenpeace.
