The successful Business Analyst will work closely with the team in the discovery and design phase to work closely with finance teams to map out the \”To – Be\” requirements for the new system. The successful BA will ideally have worked on programmes transforming ERP systems previously and have demonstrable experience of creating process maps, developing process workflows and designing process diagrams. They will also have excellent stakeholder engagement experience and be well versed and comfortable in facilitating large group workshops, one on ones and interviews. The role will require the Business Analyst to be on site at the clients London office 3 days per week. Skills; Experience of working as a Business Analyst on ERP Transformation Programmes; D365 F&O, Oracle Netsuite, S/4HANA, Sage Intact Demonstrable experience of working with Finance teams to document \’To-Be\” finance processes and providing critical appraisal of these processes Demonstrable experience of creating Process Maps, developing process workflows and designing process diagrams Experience of Facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to define and prioritise needs Experience of working with stakeholders to gather data in relation to business process Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and the ability to translate data into practical insight Experience of managing multiple priorities simultaneously Experience of translating business problems into clear and concise requirements for solution design and delivery Experience of supporting the delivery life-cycle from inception through to implementation and post-launch review Experience of supporting UAT Testing If this role is of interest, please apply and I will contact you at my earliest possible convenience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
