Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee approximately 110+ Administrative Assistants across Asset & Wealth Management EMEA.
- Responsible for the performance management of AWM EMEA Assistants including goal setting, providing ongoing feedback, year-end performance discussions, and compensation decisions and communication.
- Recruit new admin hires including headcount and budget approval, interviews, compensation recommendations, and approvals.
- GS Manager Contact for Contingent Worker (CW) Assistants across EMEA: coordinate with CW management to manage CW lifecycle – recruitment, feedback process, contract extension, conversions to perm employment.
- Build relationships and maintain regular dialogue with the Business Unit Leaders and Business Unit COOs.
- Responsible for organizing regular catchups with the Assistant population and first point of contact for ad-hoc queries.
- Allocate assistant coverage in coordination with Business Unit COO.
- Manage CW Floater Admin team and coverage requests.
- Implement a training program for new administrative assistant hires.
- Managing employee relations issues where applicable.
