We’re now looking to appoint a Land Buyer / Manager who is not only commercially astute but also passionate about shaping the places where people live and thrive.

♂️ What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conducting land valuations and negotiating acquisitions.
  • Sourcing and assessing immediate and long-term land opportunities.
  • Securing strategic sites through option agreements and proactive outreach.
  • Collaborating with planning authorities, land agents, and legal teams.
  • Negotiating Section 106 agreements with Registered Providers.
