We’re now looking to appoint a Land Buyer / Manager who is not only commercially astute but also passionate about shaping the places where people live and thrive.

- Conducting land valuations and negotiating acquisitions.
- Sourcing and assessing immediate and long-term land opportunities.
- Securing strategic sites through option agreements and proactive outreach.
- Collaborating with planning authorities, land agents, and legal teams.
- Negotiating Section 106 agreements with Registered Providers.
