We are working with a long established, highly successful, multi-generational family owned Property Management business based in West Sussex. Specialising in Leasehold Block Management (along the coast from Portsmouth to Hastings), they now seek to hire an entry level Property Manager as follows:

  • Working office based to start (in Littlehampton) before moving to a hybrid arrangement once settled/confident.
  • Coming from either a LET or Block Management background with strong admin skills and a desire to progress to Property Manager level.
  • Full training provided, both in-house and externally leading to recognised industry qualification.
  • Dealing with first line, non-complex resident queries relating to service charges, maintenance or repair issues.
  • Arranging for approved contractors to attend estates to deal with maintenance/repairs.
  • Passing on messages to property managers where residents need more technical assistance.
  • Occasionally visiting estates to gain first hand understanding of issues affecting residents.
