Are you a switched on Team Assistant who is looking for a fast paced and exciting new role supporting a variety of stakeholders and happy to work five days onsite? Are you currently working in sharp end financial services or indeed any fast paced environment where priorities change at the drop of a hat?

This is a wonderful opportunity for a warm and engaging person who is anticipatory, hardworking and tenacious to support at pace and deliver best in class Team Assistant support. The role is supporting in fast paced financial services and we are looking for an individual who thrives in juggling priorities and is happy to handle a busy environment.

Working in this global company, you have every opportunity to become part of a fantastic administrative team and be a true support to your stakeholders. You must have exceptional travel management, keen attention to detail and provide general administrative support and we are looking for a confident communicator. You should have experience of expense management, ideally with Concur and be able to organise couriers, taxis and restaurant bookings as required.

We are looking for a flexible candidate who really wants to shine and who is confident about meeting and greeting guests and being a β€œgo to” in the office. The team are supportive and we are seeking an individual who is currently working for a mix of stakeholders and is very happy to work five days onsite, with excellent Microsoft Office skills, including good PowerPoint for presentations.
