The Concierge acts as the heart of the workplace, providing personalized services to team members and visitors. This role involves creating a positive, service-oriented environment and being the first point of engagement for visitors and team members. The Concierge oversees daily operations, guiding task priorities to align with the Host strategy and customer needs.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide personal services such as transportation and travel arrangements, office wayfinding, lobby management, visitor tracking, reception, refreshments, campus tours, reservations, and administrative support including meeting materials, shipping, laundry, gift and package orders.
- Demonstrate leadership and excellent customer service, offering a warm, professional greeting to all.
- Develop training sessions on customer service, handling difficult situations, and attention to detail.
- Conduct business professionally and friendly.
- Coordinate with building owners and representatives for special events like charity functions, pop-up stores, and other services.
- Maintain records of service requests and their completion status.
- Ensure responses are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the concierge team's services.
- Develop and maintain a file of services including transportation, accommodations, referrals, and local businesses.
- Serve as the point of contact for the facilities team as a representative of the Concierge team.
- Follow security and emergency procedures, respond calmly to emergencies, and notify appropriate personnel as per operating procedures.
