What the role entails?

Washing dirty dishes, kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. Our pubs are very busy places where you will need to enjoy keeping busy and being on your feet for long periods of time. General cleaning duties both in the kitchen and the yard, emptying bins, cleaning down surfaces and mopping the floors. Supporting the kitchen team with basic tasks, such as stock rotation and unpacking deliveries, therefore some heavy lifting will be required for this role.
