Technical Project Manager

Join our customer’s Vehicle Design Programme Management team as a Technical Project Manager – Specialist , based in Gaydon. This contract role offers an opportunity to lead the delivery of our Design Vision—from concept to production. About the Role As a creative enabler, you will manage all non-creative activities across programmes, including Core, SV, Accessories, and Bespoke. Your goal: ensure seamless delivery of the Design Vision by fostering collaboration, driving alignment, and maintaining momentum across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Champion the delivery of the Design Vision across all programme phases. Lead programme management activities, ensuring alignment with different streams. Act as the primary liaison between Vehicle Design and wider enterprise teams (Product Engineering, Commercial, etc.). Own and communicate programme content, including changes and studies. Track, measure, and report key metrics to ensure success. Identify and resolve risks, issues, and impediments swiftly and effectively. Develop and maintain credible short- and long-term plans aligned with departmental priorities. Ensure resource alignment and escalate gaps to stakeholders as needed. Guide creative teams on asset requirements based on programme needs and value. Embrace Agile methodologies to coordinate and deliver all programme activities. Share lessons learned and lead continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Need A proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills. Experience in a creative or design-led environment.
