Viewing Representative

Our clients, an independent estate agency, are seeking an ambitious individual looking to forge a long-term career in Estate Agency. Our client can offer full training and the opportunity to work with their close-knit team in the Long Eaton area.

The successful Viewing Representative will be offered:

• Basic salary£27,000 (dependent on experience)
• Realistic OTE of £30,000+ (uncapped)

Working Pattern:

• 5-day working week
• Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week

To be considered for the Viewing Representative role, you must have:

• Sales and customer service experience
• Knowledge of the Long Eaton area
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach
• A genuine passion for the property industry
• A team player mindset with individual drive
• Full UK driving licence (essential)

As a Viewing Representative, your role will involve:

• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Building rapport with buyers and vendors
• Matching applicants to suitable properties
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Supporting the team with general admin tasks
• Playing an active role in driving business forward
