We are looking for an experienced and proactive QHSE Manager to join our team and drive our commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence.
Role Overview:
As the QHSE Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s QHSE management systems. You’ll ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, champion a culture of safety and quality, and work collaboratively to enhance operational performance and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Monitor and improve processes to meet customer expectations.
• Quality Culture: To improve business performance for SVS and our client base.
• Health & Safety: Promote and enforce health and safety practices across the organisation. Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and regular safety audits. Ensure compliance with OHSAS ISO 45001.
• Environmental Management: Implement environmental policies and procedures in line with ISO 14001 standards. Identify areas for reducing environmental impact and improving sustainability.
• Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards, ensuring the company complies with all industry-specific legal and regulatory requirements.
• Training & Development: Lead QHSE training initiatives for employees to foster awareness and best practices.
• Audits & Reporting: Conduct internal audits, manage external audits, and prepare comprehensive QHSE performance reports for senior management.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance quality, safety, and environmental practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in QHSE leadership or senior roles, preferably within valve servicing or related industries (e.g., oil & gas, manufacturing, energy).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proven track record of managing compliance, audits, and QHSE certifications.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in QHSE management software and reporting tools is an advantage.
